This is very important in network marketing business; who you recruit first. A lot of people find it very difficult in this very aspect of recruiting. You see a lot of people in this business trying to make recruits, talking to others when they have not yet recruited the first person they should into the business. In fact they are not yet in the business. A lot of people are ignorant of this. They have doubts, fears and are worried and most times let go off the most important person to recruit and bring on board. But what they probably don’t know is that they are not yet in the system unless this person is recruited, because everything about the business lies with him or her; and actually starts with him or her. The day you recruit this person is the day you just started the business. He’s not just the first person but the most important person to recruit.
