4 Different stages in business of network marketing
Ist Year: Mad Work (Learning & Recruiting)
When you get started with network marketing business opportunity, among the 4 stages in the business, the first one is – Going All Out & taking MA$$IVE ACTION!! This is the time when you are full on charged, excitement is high. After joining immediately take the necessary trainings & start prospecting, do the invitation process, show the business opportunity to as many people as you can. Do the things systematically & don’t bother much who is joining with you & who’s not. Do the follow up, train people who get started with you. Then ask your teammates to do same & help them. But you should not stop at all, because when your team see’s you working madly even they do the same. It’s the business of Duplication, among the 4 stages in business Stage I is crucial. Because it is during this stage you learn the business & understand how network marketing business works. It takes almost a year forma new person to understand exactly the science behind business.
IInd Year: Hard Work (Team building & Supporting them)
Now that you have seen the initial phase in the network marketing business opportunity, the second year brings you the different challenge. This is the time when you come to know who all teammates who joined with you last year are going to move forwards with you. As law of average works everywhere same is the case in this industry. Although your learning is a continuous process but now you have good understanding about the business, now is the time for you to build a strong team.In this phase your role is to build a team & train them so that soon they get converted into a Leader. To do this you need to spend time with them, you need to educate them about the business opportunity& give them ample knowledge about network marketing industry. You need to show the presentation to the prospects your teammates bring, do their follow up & even give proper training once they join. This stage helps you become a strong leader & gives you high confidence that you can successfully do the business anywhere in the world.
IIIrd Year: Smart Work (Leadership development & Counselling)
Now you have people in your team who are willing to do the business at the big level, people who are experienced in the business & some of them know how to do the business successfully. During this stage your role is to develop leadership among your team & bring out the best in them.You need to see how your teammates can produce maximum & best results. Sometimes you need to motivate & inspire few people, some people might have questions & queries in their mind which is holding them back. You need to council them so that they can work & go for their Dreams. At this stage you even organize seminars for your own team. Your maximum time must be utilized working with your own team. The logic is to convert your teammates into a Leader & let them do the work at the ground level, because this is the only way they will learn the business.
IVth Year: No Work
Among different stages in business, this is the best one By this time you have many leaders in your team who are capable of looking after their teams. You are almost financially free person, you can enjoy your life & spend the time where ever you like.You only need to make sure the activities of the business are happening. You need not to worry about invitations, presentation, follow ups & trainings. You have big leaders in your team who are capable of successfully handling it. You will be only coming for network marketing business opportunity, big seminars, speak there for few minutes, spend some good time with your team & go.

Definitely initially you need to understand the business, learn how it works. And by the time they understand in deep what is duplication, they might had unintentionally ruined some of their business.Let’s take an Example:Mr Sachin joined MLM business & within a day Sachin signed up his best buddy Mr Rahul in the mlm business.Many people after getting started don’t take mlm business seriously. They give all the crap reasons – why they are not able to get involved in the business. In this example let’s assume Sachin is such person.Sachin missed 4 out of 5 MLM Business seminar & gave some lame excuse. Rahul being his downline will make a mental note of it & further will do same. This is bound to happen because the downline does same what upline does.Sachin not giving importance to training sessions, Sachin not doing invitations & presentations, again Rahul will note that & follow same. If Rahul is not self motivated person, or if he doesn’t take the initiative & pain to understand what is MLM business & why MLM business is important for him, probability is that Rahul might not take the business seriously because his buddy Sachin is not serious for the business. Mostly it’s “Money See, Monkey Do”.Had Rahul got proper guidance he could have been a potential person in the business, but because his buddy/upline/sponsor Sachin is not serious in the business, Rahul as well takes the business lightly. This happens a lot in mlm business, I had seen many potential people are not able to perform & sit idle because their sponsor in the business was not much active, hence the downline takes the business for granted.Let’s presume Sachin has created a Team but not supporting them properly. In such case Rahul will note & somewhere it will reflect in Rahul’s acts as well.Although it’s expected from Rahul to be mature in the business & do what is right for his business growth. But again “MLM business is Copy cat marketing”, “Money See, Money Do”. Whatever upline does, downline follows same. Hard to digest but it’s a fact in mlm business.
How Duplication can take your MLM Business to new Heights?
You will only succeed in mlm business when your team does right & required things in the business. If you think you can sit at home after creating small team & direct them on phone let me tell you it will not work that way. You need to work on the ground level at initial stages of the business.Here’s a Million $ Tip for You:“People doesn’t do what you say, they do what you do”So if you want your team to do regular prospecting, you must do it first. For example – when you are sitting in a coffee shop with your teammates around try to prospect someone, exchange business card, when you are at some public place try prospecting someone, exchange business cards. When your teammates watch you doing prospecting even they will do same, may be not same day, but surely they will do it.If you keep asking your team again & again & again to make their Dream List, Contact list, have a vision board, your team might do it, might not do it. But if you show your team Your Dream list, Contact list, your vision board, they will surely duplicate that. Don’t forget it’s “Copy cat marketing” When your team see’s you doing invitations, doing presentations, coming to training events, you need not to say much to them. Your team will automatically do the same, Your Team always COPIES YOU!!Even after building the team you are working at the ground level, helping you old & new teammates, your other teammates will do same.I know a very successful mlm leader who got married & went to honeymoon & came back to work within 4-5 days. Although he could have afforded to stay away from the business for months. But a successful leader knows what is duplication & how it can make or break his mlm business. Had he been away from the business for 20 days his other leaders, when get married, might even go for honeymoon with their wifes for long period It’s all about leading by example, setting benchmarks for your team to follow!!To ConcludeIn mlm business whatever downlines see their uplines doing, they copy that & do same. How To Retire Rich in 2-5

If so let’s explore how....…It takes a serious business plan; a serious commitment and a serious course of action, but then what “retirement plan” doesn’t?
Here are the key steps on how to retire:
First, start your business.
Many people begin with Network Marketing because it has great systems and solid training to achieve success if one is willing to follow the roadmap; training and plan that has already been put into place. Success they say is "COPY and PASTE". Model those that have done it, achieved it and succeed. Do what they did you will get same result.
Second, talk to a minimum of 100 people a month about your business. If you have any questions about how to do this or how to find these people, contact your upline, as that is your best resource. Remember is a network marking business so you have to connect to people.
Third, present your business a minimum of 20 times a month. This can be done over the phone; online or in person. This simply involves walking them through the basics of the business – how it works; what we do and how we get paid. They more people you reach out and present to, the more people you will register. Remember is a number business.
Fourth, set a goal to sponsor between 8 and 12 new people each month. If you are talking to 100 people or more, this will happen for you. Disclaimer – it may take one month, six months or a year for you to get in the groove and begin to hit this goal, but that is no reason not to keep going.
Fifth, each month, find the top 3 who are ready to take action and spend some time with each one. Stick like glue and make sure each one knows you are committed. What are their goals; hopes; dreams and how will they each work their business? Take them by the hand and show them what to do. If they don't succeed, you don't succeed. Teach them and help them succeed.
Sixth, you don't know a good leader by the number of follower he has, but by the number of leader he has produced. So train and produce leaders and as your leaders grow, teach them each the principles above and watch your business duplicate over time.
Seventh, this should probably be at the beginning, but write down your reason for doing this business and read it every day! This should be a reason strong enough that if the first 25 people you talk to in the month say “no”, it simply doesn’t matter. You know your goals and you know that each “no” is a step closer to a yes! How much money do you need to retire? What’s your business plan look like this week? Write down those intentions and track them!
Finally, RETIRE RICH.
